Hey New Bros,
If you were not at Activation or did NOT fill out one of the white forms
(THIS IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FORM THAN THE PINK ONE FROM LAST QUARTER),
then you MUST come to the Front Room on Friday between 9:10 and 1:00PM to
fill it out or you MUST attend chapter on Sunday to fill it out.  If you do
not fill out this form then you are technically not going to be considered a
brother by nationals.  Email me with problems. Thanks! Go enjoy the
