[Aphio-L] Need to sublease summer/fall?

Hey guys,

I am looking for a subleaser for summer or fall, but preferably both. The apartment is above Subway, fifth 
floor, with all utilities paid for except electric and cable (internet is provided). The rent is 1695 per quarter. 
It's an awesome location and the apartment is pretty sweet also.
