[Advert-L] Presentation Team Tryout Schedule

Hello everyone,

Attached is the presentation team tryout schedule.  Make sure if you signed
up, your name is on the list.  If you no longer will be trying out, please
email me back.  As you can see, there are a lot of people trying out and the
schedule is very tight.  You will only be alloted 3 minutes and we will cut
you off if you go over.  The blurb should only take you a minute and your
intro just needs to be brief.  Also, We need everyone to get there by 6
(preferably before) so we can start ASAP.  Everyone at the meeting has a
chance to vote for the presenters, including those who are trying out.

We are really happy with the number of people wanting to be on presentation
team.  It is great to know that so many people are dedicated to our
campaign.

Go memorize that blurb and be ready to present on Wednesday!
