Position Description:
Working as a part of our media team, interns may be exposed to
training in any of our strategy, activation or specialty groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting group members with various day-to-day client and/or agency tasks
- Gaining knowledge of basic media language and media math
- Utilizing company systems such as Ad*Views, Media Tools, Mission
Control, MRI Applications, TARDIIS, MBOX and/or various Internet
applications/resources
- At least one ownable project
- Participation in a Performance Management Program

- Other Intern activities include: Mini Connections College, meetings
with intern buddies, weekly “Brown Bag” sessions, various social
outings, intern group project and an individual final presentation
Skills and Requirements:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree or higher with a target graduation date
between Dec. 2010 and June 2011
- Strong academic credentials (Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75)
- Basic PC Skills - familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with
professionals at all levels
- Leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written
communication skills

Application Instructions:
For employment consideration, apply to the position between November
20, 2009, and January 18, 2010.  You must also complete the online
assessment.  If you were notified of the internship opportunity via a
campus recruiting event, please enter “Campus Recruiting” in the
referral section of your online application. Resumes will not be
accepted after January 18, 2010. Only completed applications will be
considered.  Interviews will start in late January and decisions will
be made by April.

Start Dates: The 10 week internship starts in the beginning of June
2010 (M-F, 9-5)
On the online assessment, you will be asked which internship position
you would like to be considered.
Please review the internship options so you will be ready to select
the position(s) for which you have an interest when you complete the
online assessment.
Denuo New Media Intern: Pioneer new ways for customers to engage with
clients through social media, gaming, mobile analytics and content.
Copywriting or graphic design experience preferred.
Knowledge Mgmt Intern: Provide in-depth experience in the areas of
content management, high-value content acquisition, and global social
networking.  Degree or concentration in Business, Management,
Information Systems, Communications, Library Sciences, Learning and
Development preferred.
Media Intern: Provide clients with complete communications strategy
and activation across all major media (digital, print, broadcast,
local, etc.)
Multicultural Media Intern: Provide clients with communications
strategy and activation for today's largest growing population groups
in the US: Hispanic, African American and Asian.
Pixel Intern: Interest in art and technology in the digital space.
Copywriting or graphic design experience preferred.
Research Intern: Interpret and uncover consumer insights via campaign
accountability research and forward looking proprietary studies.
Interest in consumer understanding and strong analytical skills (math,
logic, etc.) preferred.
Research & Analytics Intern: Develop consumer focused research that
uncovers unique, own-able insights into how consumers interact with
media, messages and brands. Interest in working with data and comfort
with math and basic statistical concepts preferred.
Search Intern: Optimize and re-structure client search campaigns to
improve performance and adhere to best practices. Interest in search,
digital and/or emerging media and marketing preferred.
